The aim of this project is to improve local resilience to the type of flood events that have affected Rhiwbina in recent years. Alterations will be made along some sections of the brook to alleviate possible flooding. Council officials are holding an exhibition for Rhiwbina and Pantmawr residents to see the proposals.
It is a key part of the Council's vision to improve the quality of residents' local environment and this scheme will deliver significant improvements to the Rhiwbina area.
For more information the public are welcome to attend one of the drop-in exhibitions being held on the two following dates:
* Friday February 15th at All Saints Church. 11am - 7pm
* Saturday February 16th at Rhiwbina Baptist Church. 11am - 5pm
