Yesterday, a planning committee was held at City Hall and our Councillor Adrian Robson spoke to briefly explain why he was against the application and accordingly requested that before the application was determined he requested that the committee members attend a meeting on site. The committee agreed to this request and that meeting will now take place on Wednesday 6th March. The actual time of the meeting will be notified to you shortly. The application has now been deferred until the meeting of the planning committee on 13th March.
All these meetings are open to the public.
